She sings of herself and how she tries to keep herself away of committing suicide, but fails at the end. So the lyrics describe her. And second of all: "Just as I took both off my shoes off" In Japan it is sort of traditional to take the shoes of if you want to commit suicide. Just some things I noticed.
BUT with the first thing: It could also show how cruel some people are, she helps the people of committing suicide, but nobody helps her not to do it. (In the topic egoistic people)

I’ve had moments like this…when I wanted to end myself. And whenever I tried. I always saw my family crying, depressed and falling apart… and I can’t do it knowing that’s the result…

I just realized each time she found a way not too die but the last one was her breaking point so she killed her self along with the other people in her head

My theory 'cause I didn't understand this song at first:
So apparently the three girls she helped out was her reasons why she wanted to commit suicide. She had the braided girl who is her and she got rejected by someone she liked, then someone as small as her which is still the same person was being ignored and the girl in the yellow cardigan, which is still her, she overcome that last reason but the pity or guilt she felt from the reason that her family abusing her. And also she said that she helped other people to refrain themselves from committing suicide which are the rest of her reasons. Honestly I thought of this theory 'cause I don't think at least 10 people can jump off a roof one day after another 😂. And when she said that nobody can actually help her, she mean't like she wanted someone to give more reasons to help her stop suicide. Surprisingly this song makes suicide more upbeat 😂

Just a little heads up (I know it wont do anything) if you are bullied, abused, self harming, ect, don't end your life, that means other people that don't care about you/ hurt you will win. Trust me, I've been through a lot in life and ending it all will do nothing. Because you never know when something good might happen. I don't personally believe in god but I think that there is something out there helping us.

If you listen to how the girl that’s singing describe the three girls, it sounds like different aspects of her. Like, at the end, it said all those things. So, what if everyone she told not to jump, were different pains she felt? This is just a theory, but what if she was trying to feel better about these pains?
