20 Minute Yoga for Relieving Back Pain | Beginner | Hindi

    to practice many asanas, meditations and learn the yoga philosophy.

    This video is the 4th in the series of the 21 Day Yoga Camp. If you sit and work for long hours or drive, you may feel the aches and soreness in the back. This is due to the compression of the spinal cord in between the vertebrae.
    So practice these asanas to decompress the spine and get relief from pain. In case you have slipped disc or cervical spondylitis, please avoid this flow and consult your doctor before practising yoga.
    Things to remember
    1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
    2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practising. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothing while practising yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
    3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
    4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct
    Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practising

    Day 4 Done. Although I'm struggling to do yoga regularly due to spondylitis pains, but as soon as I feel slight better, I come back to mat. This is just so wonderful/different feeling for a person who never used to wake up early in her entire life of 30+ years. Thank you Radhika mam. :) Credit goes to you for bringing such positive thoughts in our minds.

    I had fallen out of love with yoga after attending a few courses of other teachers. I was made to feel that being flexible is the goal. I used to feel dejected since my body is stiff.     I'm diagnose with cancer, i have just 2 years to live, i've never been this scared to die, i'm just 35, i cry everyday wishing for a miracle to happen. i don't know why im saying this here. put me in your prayers.

      im really sorry. i've was in such situation 15 months ago. i had just 2 months to live till a friend told me about a healer who helped me. She cured me, I don't know how she did it. but i owe her my life. she's the reason i'm alive today.

    Best way to impart yoga with positive values to apply in life. Very calm n composed yoga teacher. Thankyou for these online sessions ! It has changed my posture while sitting on floor. Looking forward to get free from backpain soon

      Do you do this for once? I mean you do day 4 practice in day 4 of your ypga journey and next day do day 5 practice ... Is this how you do this?

    I was not able to sit in vajrasan since the last 3 yoga practices but today I automatically sat right after doing child's pose. Happiee🙂

    I usually have lower back pain and i felt an immense relief by doing these asanas, i cant describe how amazing i feel now and even while walking I’m noticing a lightness in my left hip which was super tight and blocked before , thank you so much

    This channel has become my second favourite. I’ve been following sarahbethyoga for a long time and i never found any other yoga practice as calming and soothing as hers but now i came across satvic yoga which also felt like a very relaxing practice. Thank you 💙

    I was having severe back pain, due to which my sleep used to get disturbed, and I used to feel fatigue the whole day. I just started doing this yoga for the past 4 days, and I can already feel the difference in my back pain. I really feel good and connect while I am doing yoga with you while playing this video along. Thank you very much ❤

    day 4, dec 5 2024. doing it in the morning today after so long. during the practice so many thoughts were there inside my head , a lot of chaos basically but i kept coming to present moment through breathe and observing stretches.

    Thank you for this series completed day 4 today with consistency and it help me relax from all tension and work headache . I appreciate all your efforts ❤ it's unbelievable I used to do lot of workouts and stretching but following you till day 4 must say yoga is different relaxation and clear mind it hits different right after completing every video .

    Day 4, July 26,2023 It was very good like so good, wile twisting i was able to feel the stress in my muscles and body being released and the twists are the favourite part of todays practice. Thank You so much Universe for this practice. Looking forward for the next day.❤‍🔥
